  1. Feet should be flat on ground with knees at 90 degrees
  2. should not be below 90 degrees
  3. Hips Elbows bent to 90 degrees and at your side
  4. Shoulders should be retracted (not forward)
  5. Back is up right against the back rest
  6. The top of the monitor should be at your eye level and at a distance where you can see it clearly without squinting, or leaning forward or backwards
