Shane Jansa has been in private practice for over 20 years owning his own clinic since 2003 years. He has experience working with patients that have chronic pain, gait disorders, and neurological diseases.
He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He is also certified to administer LSVT BIG, educated in Running Kinematics & Gait Analysis: An Evidence-Based Approach (2015), Clinical Examination and Manual Therapy of the Elbow (2009). Shane is also certified in Functional Dry Needling from Kinetacore. Functional Dry Needling Emphasizes the application of dry needling for the purpose of restoring function.
Through his knowledge in fitness, biomechanics, and neurological disorders he is developing a specific medical fitness model for individuals with multiples sclerosis.
Lori attended Nebraska Wesleyan University where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She graduated with high distinction in 1994 and went on to attend Creighton University where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1997.
She has vast experience ranging anywhere from women’s health to work injuries and geriatrics. Most recently, she has focused on movement disorders and specifically Parkinson’s. She is LSVT BIG certified and is currently working on a specific, post physical therapy exercise program for patients with Parkinson’s.
When Lori is outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Shane, and her two children.
Tara graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln in 1998 with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. She then attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center, graduating in 2002 with her Master's Degree and completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2005.
She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Nebraska Physical Therapy Association, as well as a member of the, Can Do MS Medical staff. She has completed training for lymphedema management at the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and has experience in outpatient orthopedics, neurologic rehabilitation, pediatrics, home care, and vestibular rehabilitation. She enjoys running, reading and spending time with her husband and 2 young children.
Jessica Stockamp earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree from Southeast Community college in Lincoln. She graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant Program in 2016. Her interest in Physical Therapy came after finding the love of fitness herself. She is motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goals.
Jessica works alongside the physical therapists at Horizon Physical Therapy to help patients improve mobility, and promote overall fitness and wellness. Jessica also helps coordinate our 12 Week Fitness Programs for Evolution Fitness Members, and performs pre-employment screens for various facilities in the Lincoln area. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Janet lives in Lincoln with her best friend Tim. They have two grown children and two grandchildren and a variety of Grand Pets.
She went to massage school at the Myotherapy Institute in Lincoln, Nebraska in 2000. Janet spent 12 years honing her skills at Lincoln Massage Center and then worked for two years on her own. When she heard Horizon Physical Therapy was looking for a therapist she jumped at the chance to work with the best in the business.
Over the years she has learned many modalities that she combines to offer massage and bodywork tailored to each client.
